The festival consisted of four videostations at three different spaces which showed video art from ten invited curators from different countries or regions all over the world, presented a variety of international aspects of video art within the city of Örebro.
The three spaces were, Bio Roxy, Örebro Konsthall and Örebro Läns Museum. For 2008 years festival, Art Video Screening was the head co-ordinator in cooperation with the other three art institutions.

During the festival there were two officiallectures focusing on Swedish and international video art. And talks by the invited curators where they talked about the programme they have selected and video art from their countries/ regions or their own-run events.
